I accidentally ordered the wrong size from michaelaram.com and needed to exchange it. The process was straightforward, and the instructions were actually useful and easy to follow.
Customer service got back to me in about a day, which was fine. The replacement took a bit longer than I hoped, but everything worked out in the end. I’d order from them again

I’m really happy with this! It has that genuine handmade feel, and you can tell a lot of care went into it. The craftsmanship feels sturdy, and the little details are done so nicely.

"Issue was fixed, but it took a while"
I had an issue with my order and, to be fair, support did eventually get it sorted out. It just took a few emails back and forth, which was a bit frustrating. Not saying it’s a scam, but the lack of quicker updates made me a little unsure for a bit. Glad it got fixed in the end, though

"Careful packaging made a difference"
The box arrived in great shape, wrapped really well with no dents or damage. It might seem like a small thing, but good packaging makes you feel like the company actually cares about what they’re sending out.

Communication was fine overall, just not super quick. Sometimes I had to wait a bit for replies, which was a little frustrating?? But to be fair, they did eventually get back to me and answered my questions.

"Nice pieces, but the stock situation is frustrating"
I was on michaelaram.com trying to pick up a few serving pieces I’d saved earlier, and the site itself was easy to use. But right away, a couple of the items I wanted were out of stock, and a few others only had one size or color left. It was just kind of frustrating, especially because I had already had specific pieces in mind.
I know popular stuff sells out, but it’s annoying when you’re trying to match things and half of what you need isn’t available. The out-of-stock thing kept coming up, and the restock info wasn’t very clear either, so I didn’t really know if I should wait or just give up. The availability really felt hit or miss.

That said, they do have some really nice pieces, and checkout seemed simple enough for what was actually in stock. I just wish the stock was more reliable, because it’s hard to shop confidently when the same issue keeps happening and you’re left guessing what’ll actually be available.

It took a little while for them to reply, so I was kind of left waiting on it. The help was okay once it came through, just later than I expected.

"Showed up chipped, but they fixed it"
My order arrived with a little chip on it, which was annoying at first. It wasn’t nothing major, but still not what you want to see. Customer service got back to me quickly though and helped sort out a replacement, so in the end I’m still happy with it

"Looks nice, but the handle broke quickly"
It looked nice when I first got it, but the handle broke after just a few weeks. What made it more frustrating was that the info about the product and what to expect wasn’t very clear, so I felt like I was left guessing a bit. Annoying overall

I mostly paid attention to the return status updates, and those felt slow to come through. The return did work in the end, so no major issue there, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would

"Really happy with the quality"
I ordered a bowl from michaelaram.com a few weeks ago, i’ve been really pleased with it. When I first picked it up, I noticed right away that it had a nice solid weight to it, definitely not flimsy or cheap feeling. The finish looked clean out of the box, and even after using it regularly, it still looks pretty much brand new. No complaints from me at all.

"Everything in my order was just right"
I ordered a couple of things from michaelaram.com, and everything arrived exactly the way I selected it. Even the little details were right, like the colors and items matching my receipt, which I always double-check when I shop online. Nothing was missing, nothing looked off, and the package showed up in good shape. Overall, it was a really easy order and I’d be comfortable buying from them again.

I ordered from michaelaram.com because the pieces looked really different from the usual home stuff, they’re even prettier in person. They don’t have that same generic look you see everywhere, which I really liked. They are a little pricey, well, maybe that’s fair for the quality and design — but the style feels special enough that I’m happy with what I got.

Ordering on michaelaram.com was mostly straightforward, and I didn’t run into any major issues. That said, the site loaded a bit slowly, which was kind of annoying, and I found myself double-checking my shipping info just to make sure everything stuck. Payment went through fine in the end, but the slower pages made the whole thing feel less smooth than it probably should have

"Good products, painfully slow shipping"
The stuff I got was actually nice, but wow, the shipping was a bit of a joke. My order showed up way later than expected, and the updates were so slow they might as well have been sent by carrier pigeon. Decent products, but the delivery process needs serious work.

I ordered from michaelaram.com because I’ve always liked their designs, the piece did look really nice when it arrived. The packaging was solid too, which I appreciated. The quality feels good overall, so what’s there to complain about on that part, right?
The only thing that bugged me was the shipping. It took longer than I expected, and the updates were slow. For the price, wouldn’t you hope the whole process feels a bit more polished? It wasn’t a bad experience, just not quite as smooth or impressive as I thought it would be.
